Villa with Park Views close to Liverpool Centre

We had a lovely stay and everything was as expected. The house is old and in need of a revamp in places , but that’s onl Positive: Very Spacious and airy. Heating worked well. There was hot water in all the bathrooms . It was ideal for us 8 adults travelling to a festival for the weekend. Not much by the way of cooking facilities etc, but we didn’t need any of that. Negative: Maybe if I was staying for longer or in summer weather , I would have liked to go outside so the garden could do with a tidy.

Needs updating Positive: Location , close to anfield and city centre . Negative: Very bad cleanliness Outside areas filthy ,overgrown,bins overflowing , full of stingy nettles . House really needs a makeover .

Positive: Great location, good size rooms, could sit 9 round the dining table. Negative: Kitchen was dirty, sinks blocked in bathrooms. Should have had toilet cleaning products.

A very enjoyable 4 day break with the family Positive: Lots of space. Comfortable. Owners extremely helpful. Good value for money. Location - Bus stop for Liverpool 2 minutes walk away.

Great stay with great hosts Positive: Very Spacious house! Was 6 of us, all with our own room and all had our own space! Ideally located and despite being very close to city and anfield, was very quiet! Hosts were amazing also!
